Standard Pricing

StartUp Tax Suvidha has established standard pricing policies for various services and customers from each category can select assistance according to their business model. The pricing structures provided on the website or emails represent base prices. The prices are subject to change based on the territorial jurisdiction of a state and the type and quantity of services availed by the customer. We reserve the right to modify the prices as quoted on our website at any given time. However, this will not affect contracts that have already come into force. The standard pricing policy does not apply to any increase in the total fee paid by the customer to StartUp Tax Suvidha due to an increase in government fees or fees incurred by the customer for the completion of the documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. We are not responsible or liable for any other costs incurred by the customer related to the completion of the service. It is possible that prices on the website may be quoted incorrectly. Therefore, we will verify prices as part of our sales procedures to ensure that the correct price is communicated to you before the contract is finalised.

Timeline for Completion of Work

The timelines provided for work completion are estimates and should not be construed as a guaranteed promise from StartUp Tax Suvidha. The completion of work depends on multiple external factors such as departments and third-party vendors. In such cases, StartUp Tax Suvidha will have limited warranties and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages that may be caused to you as a result of using our resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, deletion, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

Security

Limitation of Warranties

Cancellation and Refund
